'On-line' comes as another part of Concordia's Art Matters festival. It features the work of artists obsessed with lines, hence the name.

'Lines can be used as a means of description, expression or as a fundamental step of the process. From the line of a pencil to the materiality of a line such as a thread, the artists explore the importance of line in their practice.'

Art Matters - Intimacy in Public Spaces

And so begins another of Concordia's Art Matters festival. 'Art' will happen across Montreal dealing with issues such as gender, identity, HIV/AIDS, private / public space and the environment.

Artists will range from Intermedia Cyberarts (IMCA), Fibers, Theatre, Dance, Studio Arts, Art History and Humanities.
