Film maker, photographer and artist, Dan works with illustration, collage, graphic design, photo and video to produce visual stories and narratives.
Dan has contributed original art and photography for over 6 issues of SNAP! and was featured on the cover of the summer 2009 Emerging issue. We're excited to host Dan Popa's latest visual art show at the SNAP! Salon.
The Republic of Mira proposes a reflection on the rise and fall of a republic that never existed. The exposition consists of a series of hand made collages inspired by various promotional documents from the old Soviet Union Bloc.
