Illustrations

I'm loving these illustrated maps by British designer Owen Gatley. They were produced for inflight magazine Ling which is pulled together by Le Cool (who incidentally make amazing travel guides). 

I'm really loving the illustrations of London-based Erd Yakingun - aka I am an Octopus. He's drawn for Amelia's Magazine, The Laden Showroom and more.

Always interesting to see inside people's sketch books.

Still a big fan of A Beautiful Revolution. These cards caught my attention.

I recently stumbled upon a blog called 'Somefield' which showcases illustrations by Barnaby Ward. Ward has some amazing stuff including a series on Alice in Wonderland as well as a comic called 'Perils of the Uncommon Skyway.'  Go take a look for some inspiration! http://somefield.com
