Kill The Lights album launch

Montreal act Kill The Lights are set to launch their second album 'Fog Area.' It's happening here in Montreal and given that their first album is pretty awesome, I've got high hopes for this one!

Frontman Alex Hackett - On the road to New York City to put the last nail in the coffin of a 6-year relationship, in the dead of winter, totally unsure of my future, I passed through Vermont and got stuck in a giant snowstorm. Totally snow-blinded, cars were moving at a crawl, and the only sign I could read was FOG AREA, over and over again. I thought it was so surreal, it was an omen, it was one of those moments that stunned me as being totally symbolic. I’d been trying for so long to put into words my state of mind and the state of the band in the previous months, and there the road was whispering it to me, endlessly.

The album is out August 25th with the launch party September 2nd at Le Divan Orange. Take a listen to these guys and get out and support some local talent. Game on.
