Opportunistic Californian woman was inspired to sue on behalf of consumers nation wide who were also disappointed to find Cap'n Crunch's 'Crunch Berries' did not, in fact, contain Crunch Berries.  Um...

On a side note, here's some 'crisps' I picked up at the Hythe supermarket yesterday.   Nice to see products containing 'real ingredients'.  As opposed to?  Fake ones?  Invisible ones?  Oh, so you used real Thai?  Cannibals. Brilliant.

Whatever they use, they get my vote for the best chips ever.  Seriously, I think they're onto something with this 'real ingredients' trick.
