Ultra Mega to play in Montreal

Our favourite Winnipeg band Ultra Mega is coming to Montreal! I saw these guys a few years back in one of their first shows and am pretty psyched to catch them again. Good raw energy!

- Although their name doesn't always reflect their sound, Ultra Mega's urgent and powerful rhythm section is known to charge headfirst through Ormond’s inimitable guitar melodies. They sway between surging loud rock and roll, and quietly unassuming country melodies. The constant thread being a close focus on thoughtfully written insightful lyrics that are pure Winnipeg and hard to forget.

They'll be playing alongside Cinema Lamour and Welsh Cinema. You've got a month so ink this one in.
