Beirut Terraces by Herzog & de Meuron

Swiss architects Herzog and de Meuron designed the Beirut Terraces, which are due to be completed in 2013. The 'vertical village' will be made up of 130 living spaces - each of the multi-layers different from the other.

Each apartment will have it's own terrace with gardens and greenery breaking these up - offering privacy as well as providing shade and cooling the apartments. Wow, these look amazing! I can't wait to see the finished product!
